Why would you choose Zoho Books?
- One great reason is that Zoho provides a PDF conversion Tool to import your bank statements. The PDF conversion tool is however, limited to paid plans only - Yes, a free version is available with limitations.
For some reason, certain banks still do not provide bank statement in the "OFX" format and provides it in PDF format only. OFX is a structured format or universal layout, which means that accounting software can recognize transactions, without any manual "mapping" of your transactions, it saves time and eliminate duplicates.
Anyway, Zoho got you covered, even if your Bank doesn't provide your bank statements in the OFX format.
- Another great reason for using Zoho Books, is that it also has a back-up option to capture your bank statements manually, if all else fail! Some banks limit your historical data, but yes, you can request more historical bank statements, but this is normally in PDF format.
- Zoho also provides a conversion tool to convert your accounting data from most Cloud Accounting Software like Sage, QuickBooks and Xero.
The conversion tool is only available to paid versions and will convert one year's transactions. You can request the conversion tool from your Zoho Consulting Partner

Each business is unique and has different challenges. An accountant is a professional service and as such, you pay for expertise and experience. Once-off projects are always more expensive than normal monthly bookkeeping services.
Service Conditions
We are Remote Accountants, but will advise you on any manual interventions needed from your side, if needed', for example inventory and related processes or internal controls.
We work on an upfront “Monthly - Charge” basis, for all monthly recurring work.
You can “meet” us via Zoom, Skype or whatever electronic means available.
